GERMANTOWN, TN: Dr. Valerie Augustus was disciplined by the Tennessee State Medical Board in May 2018 for whipping patients and being otherwise ignorant, negligent or incompetent.

Murfreesboro Psychiatrist Dr. Saran Mudumbi was disciplined by the State of Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners by an order of September 27, 2017 for submitting false claims to TennCare. CCHR Nashville has launched an investigation and asks anyone with knowledge of further wrongdoing to report abuse.

According to reports from the Johnson City Press and Forsyth County [GA] News, Dr. John C. Neale was arrested at his home on 2400 Rambling Road, Johnson City in November 2012 and charged with being a fugitive from justice.
